Time Trial 2

I came in 2nd place today!!! Got a time of 28:35 (20.991 mph average speed) which was 10 seconds faster than my best from 2 weeks ago. Boy the smoke in the air was horrible, my throat was so dry and the sun looked so weird. But hey I was hauling ass and motoring the whole way although my average heart rate of 176 didn't reflect it. My coach told me to think fast so I did lol. It's amazing how fast a road bicycle can go. Even if you got a crappy bike, with a good engine and rider, you can fly with raw efficiency. The hum of precision bearings and low rolling resistance tires is such a trip too :-)
